The highlight of Ken's showing career was her reserve champion mare placing at Melanie O's birthday show, where overall she had 95pts. She hasn't shown very much, but the little experience she has has got her over 100 points in 2 shows. Ken is probably best known for been a brood mare. She has had at least 5 foals, all of which are going really well. We are going to show her to her full potential for perhaps 6 months before we breed her again, but look out for the foal then, it should be something to watch out for.

Ken's best feature have to be her manners. She has been incredibly well brought up and her manners are impecable. She can sometimes be a bit lazy and drag her back legs, especially while jumping, but overall, she tries really hard as she has been taught. She is also very well schooled and is a joy on hacks due to her training when you are opening gates and her calmness when passing scary monsters (i.e. plastic bags). Ken is a joy to have in the stable, she really is no fuss and I hope her foals turn out exactly the same :o)
